Background to the Study.

The rapid development of any nation depends largely on the caliber of its youths, since every sector of a nation’s economy is managed by competent personnel who are mostly young people. The introduction of micro electronics, telecommunication equipment, internet and computers into modern offices calls for training and development of competent youths who are equipped with the various skills needed by the market.
